Inicio / Noticias / Call for submission of papers to the Fisheries Research Special Issue Aquaculture-aided enhancement for conservation and sustainable fisheries, ISSESR7Chile
29 julio 2024
This Special Issue seeks to explore shared challenges in applying aquaculture- and habitat-aided enhancement to achieve conservation- and fisheries-related objectives, and will incorporate a collection of case-studies, reviews and viewpoint articles that consider contemporary developments in the release of hatchery-reared animals, seeking to share knowledge from scientists and practitioners that deal with these bifurcate outcomes.
This collection continues a long series of Special Issues associated with the International Symposium on Stock Enhancement and Sea Ranching (ISSESR, see https://www.searanching.org/). While delegates from the 7th ISSESR (5-8th November, Puerto Varas, Chile; https://issesr7.ifop.cl/) are especially encouraged to submit their work, contributions are also encouraged from anyone with relevant research or an interest in this area. For more information, please contact Dr Matt Taylor, at matt.taylor@dpi.nsw.gov.au
